Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of this website (the "Site"), operated by Kompetitive LLC. By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
What the Site is
The Site describes Kompetitive, a company of physicians that designs and builds AI tools, patient assistants and websites for medical practices, and clinical and research products. It links to products we own and to work we have done.
Illustrations and examples
Riverbend Digestive Health, and the practice shown in the gihealth.ai reference site, are illustrations: the practices and their teams are fictional. The screens, conversations, reports and figures shown for them are examples. The clinical answers shown on the product cards illustrate what our products do and are not clinical guidance.
Not medical advice
Nothing on the Site is medical advice, and using it creates no clinical or professional relationship. Our clinical products carry their own terms, which apply when you use them.
The revenue simulator
The simulator is a planning estimate built from the numbers you enter, not a promise of results. Recovery depends on your call patterns, your schedule, and how you use the assistant.
What you send us
Do not send health information or anything that could identify a patient through the forms or by email. You are responsible for the information you send, and for having the right to send it.
Working with us
Any project we take on is governed by the written agreement for that project, not by these Terms.
Intellectual property
The Site's text, design and screenshots, and the Kompetitive name and mark, belong to Kompetitive LLC, as do the products shown on it. Names of practices, insurers, medical societies and other organizations belong to their owners and appear only to identify or illustrate. You may link to and quote the Site with attribution. No other right is granted.
Links to other sites
Links to other sites, including our products, are provided for convenience. Their content, availability and terms are outside these Terms, and a link is not an endorsement.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site: do not probe it for vulnerabilities, overload it, automate form submissions, or use it in breach of any law or of the rights of others.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that it is accurate, complete, current or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kompetitive LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the Site, from any decision based on its content, or from any site linked from it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
These Terms carry a version and an in-force date. When a material change is published the version is raised, and continued use after that date means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law and severability
These Terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you is unaffected. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
